A Sacred Self-Care + Healing Immersion for Women
In the Lush Jungles of Ojochol, Puntarenas, Costa Rica
7 Days. 6 Nights.
Yoga. Feminine Ritual + Self-Care. Culture + Ceremony. Living Nourishment. Nature Communion.

Women are the stewards of the earth and the holders of sacred life.
It is our inherent responsibility to live in harmony with all life on earth.
There are moments when life asks us to give ourselves time and space—to reconnect with the innate wisdom of our body and the earth, and to return to the heart of what is true.
For women, these moments are initiations and invitations to return to the womb, and to the wild beauty of the soul.
Return to Source is a sacred pause for women.
A calling to step away from the noise—to commune with the natural beauty of Costa Rica—held within a constellation of sisterhood.
Here water replenishes, earth receives what we release, and the cycles of nature remind us that we are regenerative beings—and that every letting go is also renewal and an opening for creative possibility.
Guided by Sasha, who carries the wisdom of the feminine as a living path, you will be held in a circle of women—a sanctuary where beauty, receptivity, and strength are remembered as one
We gather to replenish, and also to remember—to come home to the source from which our vitality, truth, and joy arise.

Traditional Cacao Ceremony
Opening ceremony filled with song, dance and ritual. Meet the medicine of cacao to open your heart and ground your energy, while liberating your gifts to set the foundation for an amplified week of healing + deep connection.
Amazonian Flower Essence Journey + Sound bath
“El Camino de las Flores” (Path of the Flowers)
Allow the flower essences and frequencies to guide you into deep alignment and energetic balance.
This is a subtle and yet profound way to connect with the intelligence of the flowers. The energetic signature of flowers from the Amazon Rainforest will be shared in the form of Flower Essence Tinctures. When we listen deeply the flowers have a way to communicate with us.
This experience will be infused with sound frequency through crystal singing bowls; sealing with beauty, intention and prayer — to invoke a profound sense of renewal from within.
Earth Purification Ritual at the Mineral Pools w/ Blue Mineral Clay
A ritual to ground our energy and fully connect with our Mother Earth. We cover the body with blue clay — rich in minerals that supports detoxification and rejuvenation of the skin.
Feminine Herbs for the Heart + Womb + Healing Tea Tasting at Anima Mundi’s Botanica Apothecary
Nestled in the epicurean town of Ojochal, Botanica serves as an apothecary and a plethora of botanical treasures.
We will explore herbs to nurture the energetic and physical connection between the heart and womb, to support hormonal balance, emotional well-being, and feminine health and vitality.
Traditional Temezcal Ceremony
This is a traditional purification ceremony. A deep cleanse of mind, body and spirit in the womb of the mother Earth. A sacred steam bath with chants and prayers. Herb-infused water is poured over volcanic rocks, creating heat and steam for detoxification, spiritual renewal, and emotional release.
New Moon Fire Ceremony at the Sacred Fire Place under the Stars
A powerful prayer gathering with song harnessing the transformative element of Fire in ritual to burn away what no longer serves us, while supporting us to manifest our good intentions and a path of beauty, celebration of all life, and gratitude for all beings.
Closing Flower + Song Blessing
Gathering in a circle we will bless each other with flowers in a powerful round of gratitude that will conclude the beautiful work we have done together.
Held by the waters of the land
About Yacumama
Yacumama "Mother of the Waters" in Quechua — is a sanctuary for rememberance.
It is a home for transformational experiences rooted in beauty, prayer, and the evolution of consciousness.
This sanctuary offers a deep immersion into nature — just being here connected to the pure energy of the land and waters is healing in itself.
Surrounded by lush verdant mountains, the land is blessed with vast ocean vistas and abundant spring water that feeds a creek on the west, flowing parallel to a river with cascades and swimming pools on the east.
About half of the nearly 100 acres is forest, home to abundant wildlife with mature trees and incredible biodiversity.
Enjoy ocean breezes throughout the day, and cool air from the lush green mountains that descend in the evenings.
Just 10–20 minutes away, pristine beaches where jungle meets the sea offer warm, crystal-clear waters for swimming and surfing.
This is ancestral land — home to relics of the Boruca people, one of Costa Rica’s eight original tribes. Their presence can still be felt in the spirit of the land.
Yacumama is a living, breathing prayer of pure natural beauty.

One of the greatest gifts at Yacumama is the abundance of spring water. All water that comes from the faucets is pure spring water.
The water is either gravity fed or pumped using a ram pump that uses the pressure of the water to pump so no electric energy is used to pump water.
There will be a container of filtered water in your space. If you need to refill, the faucets in the kitchen and small silver faucets in the guest kitchen, maloca, glamping bathroom and under the Tortuga Templo are filtered.
